STICKY FINGERS ARE ONLY NATURAL!

NEW! Organic Sticky Hand Sanitiser

• Certified Organic with Fairtrade ingredients
• Natural alternative to mainstream sanitisers

Green People welcome a NEW Certified Organic Sticky Hand Sanitiser to the Organic Children’s range ...

This funky pump dispenses a light, bubbly foam which can be rubbed straight into hands, or onto a cloth to target even the stickiest of faces, toys and high chairs when out and about. Kids love the fun of the foam and the independence that their own bottle offers. Sticky Hand Sanitiser makes keeping clean on the run less stressful - and far more fun!

A multi-tasking product for busy but messy people up and down the land - this isn't just for kids, it has a myriad of uses for all dirty folk!

Natural Anti-bacterial Protection
The key anti-bacterial ingredient in the Sticky Hand Sanitiser is a Tea Tree extract, with powerful antiseptic properties. A key benefit with this kind of natural alternative is that no microbial resistance develops (unlike the most widely used synthetic antimicrobial in mainstream products, called Triclosan).

On-the-Go Germ Zapping
Just pump and go, no need to wash off or worry about kids licking hands or eating after use (a concern with most mainstream sanitisers) Sticky Hand Sanitiser is safe to ingest, and made with over 96% certified organic ingredients. The gentle citrus-scented foam leaves even sensitive hands and faces super soft. It is also suitable for little ones prone to Eczema (no chemical ingredients or Alcohol are in the formulation to strip or dry the skin.)

Eco-Friendly & Economical
With over 200 squirts of germ busting bubbles per bottle, these are a great ‘Eco buy’ for the car, buggy and desk - sells at £9.45 for 100ml (Check our all new website to see when it is in stock)

Lastly:
Do let us know if you like the delicate, natural fragrance (we like it here at Pondtail farm HQ - the verdict so far has been 'subtle but fresh'.)

Warnings over toothpaste chemical

The EU Scientific Community on Consumer Safety has called for a widely used chemical found in toothpastes, hand washes and cosmetics to undergo further safety tests.

Triclosan is a potent antifungal and antibacterial agent that was first developed for use in hospitals.

However its uses have grown far outside that and traces of Triclosan are now found in 75% of Americans. Levels in the EU population are likely to be similar.

It has been linked with hormone disruption and its widespread use is also prompting concern over bacterial resistance.

Some degree of resistance to Triclosan has already been seen in some strains of E Coli, salmonella, listeria and MRSA.

This is a concern because it may mean that antibiotics and other medicines may be less effective.

Some large brands of toothpaste manufacturer continue to use Triclosan as they feel the benefits outweigh the risks.

Triclosan-free toothpastes

At Green People we do not use Triclosan, nor other chemicals such as SLS or Fluoride, in our natural toothpastes. Instead, you will find natural antibacterial agents such as Myrrh and Vitamin C which do not cause bacterial resistance.

We also do not use Triclosan in our natural liquid soaps, hand sanitizer or any other products.
